Cancellation Policy

Please be courteous. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Same-day cancellations will result in 100% of the service charge, and the balance must be paid in full before your next service. Repeated abuse of the booking system may result in being blocked from future online booking.
